ORDERS

Q. I am having trouble placing an order online, can I place an order over the phone?
A.
We can take orders over the phone. Otherwise we are happy to speak with you and see if we can fix any issues you may be having.


Q. How can I make payment?
A. Payment can be made by completing the checkout process. We accept payment via Paypal and Credit/Debit card.

Q. My gift voucher isn't working.
A. Sorry about this. Contact Us with your voucher code and we will sort this out for you. 



SHIPPING

Q. Do you ship outside of Europe?
A. Unfortunately we don't currently but are hoping to again in future

Q. How much is delivery costs?
A. Delivery is mostly free for UK customers on order over €40. You can check out more details about our shipping here.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. For all orders within the UK please allow 2-4working days for your order to arrive unless you have selected our Next Day Delivery Service.

RETURNS

Q. Can I return my items?
A. If you are unhappy with your items for one reason or another than we offer you 30 days to return the goods at your own cost, in the original condition as received.

Please contact us before returning the goods with your reason for returning, we will then offer replacement goods or a full refund. See our terms and conditions for more details.

Q. How long before I get a refund?
A. We will email you to let you know when we have received back your order, from this date it will take between 3-7 working days for the refund to go back into your account.

A. Whilst some of our products are limited edition/limited styles and we are unable to get hold of more. A lot of things we are able to get more of, so drop us a message and we will see what we can do!
